"Scott Meyer's is scamming people. He doesn't deliver what he promises. He entices people by stating that he personally would evaluate deals and he never did. He promised that if we did partner on a deal that we would split the profits 50-50 not 10% for me and 90% for them."

Discuss Real Estate Investments in the Investment Properties Forum

I’ve had time to breeze through most of the Home Study Course and I must say that this is one of the more detailed and valuable real estate products I have ever seen. I’ve been reviewing these types of programs for some time and usually the products are very vague and filled with hype in order to get you to purchase some $5,000 ticket for one of the guru’s seminars. Scott has done the reverse. His seminars and all the years of experience investing in self storage units have been compiled to create a walkthrough on how to get into this very overlooked real estate opportunity. This is a breath of fresh air for sure.
I don’t know if the product is new or that Scott’s home study guide is just a hidden little gem, but I can’t find too many independent reviews to host on this page. One that we found was rather negative, but the customer is a bit confused as to what this product is really about. Yes, the sales pitch preaches support, but that does not mean the author himself is going to hand hold you through the process. You need to read the material and through trial and error become a success. These products exist to give you the tools and knowhow to avoid many pitfalls and offer guidance as to how to proceed with investments of this sort. It is not in any gurus best interest to spend time one on one with anyone. It is a waste of time and money. That is what their support staff is for, but even they can’t make you succeed. No matter what opportunity you try, no one is going to give you a secret formula or magic system. They will only give you directions, it is still your responsibility to follow the signs and avoid the hazards of the road.
I have heard of Scot Meyers and believe this to be a good system, good luck
