These days people are busy with lots of networking sites as they are connected to their friends and families with some networks already.
Mostly people love myspace, facebook and orkut etc... so adding one more netwrok is something which will take time and thats why lots of offers are needed to make a place like peoplestring a part of daily life for interenet users
PeopleString services are like, you will be paid to use its services. You automatically recieves $.50 for reffering a new member and $1.50 for completing a survey. Pay rate are low but you get some portion of the company's earnings. It also has some interesting features like self destructing messages, where sender and receiver can only be able to access the message and no other has the access to it. Its also compatible with the IM services such as Yahoo and MSN.
So in my opinion if you have any need of these services than you can test this otherwise its not worth it.
I've never used that site before. I heard it's a good alternative to Lockerz though.
I keep getting invited to the Facebook group but I keep denying it. I definitely prefer Lockerz. Even if it takes forever to redeem a prize.
All these sites PeopleString and Lockerz were prety much same.For me also invites for these sites were flooded in mine Inbox but its very hard to manage these things where input is very high but there's not that kind of output.And its also true that you have to wait endlessly to redeem any price from the site but if you are good at social networking then simply refer people and soon you will reach to the redemption.

I hear from serveal people that it very good, at first can be high but low long term. but really, I suppose it depend on ur effort. I expect low earning not quite worth your time. That just me, but then i aim high espcailly long time reasonable earning and got few sites to focus for better attrection.
