It is misleading that it is called “Legit Online Jobs” because they cover so much more than just that. The site is broken down into 14 different sections including: Ad Cash System, Real Home Jobs, Paid Surveys, Paid Shopping, Paid Driving, Paid Email and Web Surfing, Paid Offers, Paid TV, Paid Photos, Paid Blogging, Wholesaling with Ebay, Advanced Money Making from Home, Government Auctions, and Government Grants. Each section has a decent description of how to make money with this type of opportunity and some offer additional resources, videos, and/or ebooks to assist Legit Online Jobs members. Some sections are ok, others are not, so without further ado…here is your editorial Legit Online Jobs review.

Ad Cash System

During our Legit Online Jobs review, we looked at each section in depth.  The first one, called the “Ad Cash System”, focuses on making money online with Clickbank affiliate marketing and Google Adwords. This is an older but still utilized internet marketing tactic where you get paid a commission every time someone purchases a product you advertised on Adwords. This can get fairly expensive if you do not follow some standard techniques. Legit Online Jobs provides a step by step text guide to include setting up Clickbank, finding products, submitting to paid advertising networks, such as Adwords, and submitting to other free ad mediums.
 
What you will be doing is typing ads to advertise across the web, and when users click your ad and purchase the product, you are credited with a commission. Legit Online Jobs provides a step-by-step guide for clickbank and adwords, how to find relevant keywords, recommended sites to use, and some pay per click (PPC) tips and tricks. Legit Online Jobs also hosts 4 videos in this section called, Setting Up Clickbank, Finding Companies, Registering for Classifieds, and Post to Classifieds. Although both the guide and the videos go through the process, they don’t revolutionize this method. Unless you have no idea about affiliate marketing, you will probably be disappointed in both the content and the quality of this section.

Real Home Jobs

We noticed quite often during the review of Legit Online Jobs that most of the resources are outbound links. I don’t know if this is a manual process or automated, but they have a list of 100’s of hourly online jobs. The real home jobs archive contains positions related to Data Entry, Transcriptionist, Editors, Translators, Writers, Agents, Customer Service, Assistant, Researchers, Sales, Marketing, and Virtual Office Jobs. Some are freelance gigs, others are telecommuting jobs. Some of the jobs are no longer available, others can be found by searching for “telecommute” within actual job portals, such as Monster or Dice. It is also interesting that popular job searching websites such as those were not included in their list of links claiming to have work from home job offers.

Get Paid to Take Surveys

There are a slew of free ways to make money with surveys and a number of paid sites that will aggregate most of the process for you. Legit Online Jobs provides a massive database (searchable by location) of companies that offer money, prizes, or other types of compensation for completing a survey. The ebook resource for this section of the site was corrupted when I downloaded it. The other parts outline three steps quite simply; setting up a dedicated email address, using roboform to reduce registration time, and formulating a plan based on your available time.

Get Paid for Shopping

Legit Online Jobs now merges with work required outside the home as a mystery shopper. This type of opportunity is an anonymous assessment based on criteria set by your employer to evaluate their business. It could be an amusement park, a retail store, restaurant, auto dealer, movie theatres, shopping mall, etc… Although not entirely online, a mystery shopper typically only has to visit the required location and then report findings back to corporate online and from home.
 
Legit Online Jobs does a decent job of explaining how to get started as a mystery shopper. Also provided is a massive database of well over 100 companies that are hiring mystery shoppers or have clients that do so. The list is sorted by location and will show you where to apply, what companies are in your area, and what types of businesses they evaluate. The quality of some of the websites linked to are poor and their legitimacy I would question. In my opinion, you should check mysteryshop.org to be sure.

Get Paid to Drive

The get paid to drive section of Legit Online Jobs basically just lists a few sites that pay you to drive for one reason or another, and may offer a free car and gas to facilitate your work. The sites are hit or miss, but some allow you to search for opportunities regionally and have a decent listing of offers. Why you can’t just search Google or other Job sites, I don’t know. I’ve never been partial for paying to just receive a bunch of links.
 
 

Get Paid to Answer Email and Surf the Web

The get paid to surf the web and answer email section of Legit Online Jobs does the same thing and just lists a bunch of sites that pay you to receive emails, click on links, visit various websites, and/or refer folks to a certain program. Again, I can’t see why someone would pay for a bunch of links, but seeing as though Legit Online Jobs is fairly inexpensive and diverse, the time savings and other sections of the site may be worth it for some.
 
 

Get Paid to Complete Offers

Complete an offer, such as signing up for free trials and getting paid. Again, Legit Online Jobs just gives you a bunch of links to other sites providing paid offers. Be careful here because many free trials require a credit card number to continue and then after a certain time period, you will be billed if not cancelled. Read all the fine print because companies that participate in these types of programs are banking on you not cancelling in time or will bill anyway to see if you put up a fight.
 

Get Paid to Watch TV

I must give Legit Online Jobs a thumbs up for the get paid to watch TV section. It is informative, detailed, and gave me insight into a work from home opportunity that I didn’t really know existed. What you’ll find here is a great elaboration on the history of the TV which leads into how to make money watching it. I won’t get into too much detail as to how it all works otherwise I’d probably be in violation of a copyright, but in summary this is a freelance business that you can do from home that cost nothing to startup…just some hard work, attention to detail and patience because it will take a while to get going.
 

Get Paid to Take Photos

I was rather disappointed with Legit Online Jobs get paid to take photos section. It just has a small description of freelance photography and selling those images online. The 37 page ebook that accompanies the description can be found many places on the web because it was not written by Legit Online Jobs, they just have Master Resell Rights for the product. Just go to istockphoto and sell your pictures, they even have a better description on how to do it in their FAQs.
 

Get Paid to Blog

Getting paid to Blog is a popular topic and many people are making fortunes by just blogging. This market is saturated with products and only a few are very good. Legit Online Jobs provides you with a pretty lame 27 page ebook on Blogging for cash, a 102 page ebook with master resell rights about blogging and pinging, a video course on affiliate programs and marketing with Clickbank, and an application I wasn’t too sure about opening called “Blog in a Box”. The topics involve marketing, finding products, getting a domain, acquiring affiliate links, implementing redirections, setting up a blog, writing articles, submitting press releases, submitting to directories, utilizing Squidoo, and more. All in all…not a great section, but not terrible. You’re better off just following popular bloggers who are transparent, such as Jeremy Schoemaker and learn from them.

Make Money with Wholesales and EBay

Legit Online Jobs has done a decent job of putting together a massive list of wholesale vendors and dropshippers to profit with ebay. However, the question is…how viable of a market is that? Online auctions are a place to find deals or rare artifacts. If an ebay’er is looking for a cheap widget and you are selling a wholesaled version for just under retail, your profit margin is going to be small and the ebay’re will probably find it for less. It’s a gamble, but if you find the right product, you’ll do well. In regards to Legit Online Jobs, this list is pretty damn good.

Advanced Money Making Secrets

Kind of a mysterious section isn’t it. Well it is simply an expanded internet marketing segment that goes into more detailed than the Ad Cash System. There are four very informative webpages and a 57 page ebook that gives you the ins and outs of making money online via marketing other people or company’s products for a commission. There is better material out there that specialize in IM, but Legit Online Jobs gives a decent rundown of how marketing online for profit works.

 

Government Auctions Directory

Legit Online Jobs government auctions directory is not a money making opportunity, but rather a money saving one…that is unless you are looking to resell what you purchase at discount. The directory includes government auction sites for just about every location in the United States which sells everything from property, to machinery, to vehicles, to office equipment, to military surplus, and a number of other government owned supplies. The listings include street addresses, city, state, and phone number so that you can contact the government office and inquire yourself.

Government Grants

Government Grants are not a legit online job, but I must commend the site for the vast array of avenues to get money. This section is more geared toward how to get federal or state money to assist your business. You will also be provided with a number of venture capital sources and small business investment companies. How to approach them and acquire the funds you need to succeed is the educational purpose of this section and it is not terrible, but the information is not nearly enough. There is an art to this sort of thing.
 

Legit Online Jobs Bonuses

Once you have joined Legit Online Jobs, they will give you a number of free bonuses. Mainly the bonuses consist of ebooks with Master Resell Rights. Master Resell Rights allow you to resell the product with a variation of the price point and also transfers the resale rights to the down-line customer. Therefore, you can try and profit from these or give them away as a bonus yourself. This is tough to put a number on because every type of money making opportunity online or from home has the potential to make you a fortune. If I have to put a rating on the content of Legit Online Jobs and follow only the direction given by the site, it would fall short. You will need to take what you learn with Legit Online Jobs and refine your methods with more research on a specific type of opportunity.
 
 

Proximity to Claim

The claim written at the top of this page is a summary of the Legit Online Jobs sales pitch without most of the fluff. It's interesting to me that it does not identify all of the content you will receive when you become a member. Typically, it's the reverse. Most of the sales copy is text book marketing with a rags to riches story and the claim that all your dreams can come true if you become a member. The claim that you can generate up to $100 per transaction is correct, if you can find a vendor willing to offer that sort of compensation for one purchase. It's possible, but $100 payouts for a single transaction are probably less than 2%. You'll get most of the bonsues they claim and much more, except I was never able to find the $200 in free coupon credits for signing up at that very moment. Don't fall for the only X number of spots left type stuff either, nothing here will change except the date.

Legitimacy of Legit Online Jobs

I don’t believe that Legit Online Jobs is a scam, but their customer support seems to be less than admirable. The Better Business Bureau has rated Legitonlinejobs.com an “F” and questions “the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.” Now you can’t duct points for the industry because there are many scams out there. I do agree that the advertising is a bit misleading. Hence, the Proximity to Claim score above. In Legit Online Job’s defense, if you look at the BBB complaints you will find that most of them have received refunds. If you have to file a BBB complaint to receive a refund, there is something wrong there. However, with legitonlinejobs.com being as popular as it is, the number of complaints over the last two years is not significant.

Cost vs Value

At $49 Legit Online Jobs is not expensive. You can also get $10 off if you click on the Click Here to Learn More button below and once you are on the Legit Online Jobs website, you hit the back button and agree to the fake person that pops up in chat window with the discount offer. It’s a cheesy gimmick, but it’s sort of standard now. As for the cost versus value, I must give Legit Online Jobs a decent rating here. You get what you pay for. The top rated opportunities to make money online are costly for a reason…they are well worth it. Legit Online Jobs purpose for most people will be to get exposure to the numerous types of work from home jobs, get a competent understanding of what is involved with each, and after testing the grounds with the advice from Legit Online Jobs, decide what type of opportunity you want to pursue and education yourself further by another means. You may even find it worth the investment to get access to all the products with resale rights and the massive databases they have acquired. You’ll probably discover that 25% of the listings are wrong, but at least you’ll have a baseline to work with. Who knows, maybe there is a diamond in the rough there.

Ease of Use

I can’t give Legit Online Jobs any less than a 10 here because they are offering information in a well organized manner, with subsections and databases easily accessible and relevant to the opportunity at hand. However, a high ease of use score could also be considered a negative. You’ll find well built internet marketing sites like Wealthy Affiliate with tons of programmatic features tougher to use, but the benefit of such tools far exceeds the learning curve.
 
 

Overall Legit Online Jobs Review Rating and Conclusion

I hope this Legit Online Jobs review has given you the insight to make an evaluated decision to purchase or not to purchase. Overall LegitOnlineJobs.com is a mile wide, but only an inch deep. If you already know what type of work you want to do online or from home, then you’re better off purchasing a product or researching free content sites to educate yourself further in a specific niche. If you can identify which area of money making opportunity you wish to pursue, then click that link and find something that is targeted with expertise in that area. If you are unsure and just want to see what’s out there and get a few good starting points, than perhaps Legit Online Jobs is right for you. The databases and link listings are another benefit to consider and should save you quite a bit of time searching for various services. Nothing within the members area of Legit Online Jobs is stellar, but as a first step trying to make money online or from home…it’s not complete crap either.
